Meet Trenton

Trenton, originally from Missouri, is a graduate of College of the Ozarks, where he received a Bachelors in Psychology in 2014. He moved to Siloam Springs to further his education at John Brown University and received a dual Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018.

Trenton has several years of experience in the mental health field. Working with clients suffering from: trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, anger, psychosis, self-harm, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, and more. Trenton works with multiple life stages, mostly focusing on teens and adults, both individuals and couples.

As a therapist, Trenton's predominant focus is to empower his clients, aid them in challenging their own thoughts and choices, and explore their awareness of themselves and their emotions. Trenton sees himself as a guide to assist his clients and firmly believes that each has the capacity within them to change and grow. He acts as a catalyst to collaboratively hasten and foster change.

When outside of the office, Trenton spends time with friends, family, and his pets - two dogs and a cat. To relax and unwind, he plays video games, chess, reads, watches anime, assembles and paints warhammer miniatures, and pursues his interests in Star Wars, Middle-Earth, Wheel of Time, and Warhammer 40,000.

Therapist Trenton Aldridge works with clients in the Bentonville, AK area.

“Everyone has the capacity within them to heal and grow. Therapy acts as a catalyst to bring about that change and safeguard that process.”
